Ashitaba - Angelica Keiskei Koidzmi


What is Ashitaba?

Ashitaba is a traditional, Japanese, medicinal herb called Angelica Keiskei Koidzmi. It has been consumed as a vegetable and medicine for many hundreds of years by the habitants of Seven Islands of Izu (the Longevity Islands). Ashitaba is a multifunctional Super Green Food rich in amino acids, vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, enzymes, fiber and calcium.
